Scrub-Down

Hospitality never looked so awesome. The comfort of these multi-colored scrubs leaves plenty of room for all the serious bending and dipping needed to really huddle up and make important life-saving decisions.

Going International Chapter 4: Ukraine in the Membrane

Craig's List Crouch

What better way to sell your old entertainment center on the internet? If you said "not be in the picture at all" you're dead wrong. If you said "open the venetian blinds, clasp the hands, get low, really give the ad a personal touch, give buyers an objectively comparative, and accurate size/scale perspective, all while adding an undeniably confidant and suave vibe that is sure to drive the value of the otherwise average shelving unit sky high" then you would be absolutely correct. Oh yeah, he listed this as free. He ended up getting $12,000 and a key to the city.

Race to Crouch Fountain

Just a casual trip to the zoo? I think not. This knee-bending optimist sees the fountain half full by lowering his line of sight and becoming half as tall. He went on to enjoy the zoo more than he ever has before.

4th of July Fire-Crouch 2 of 2.

Patriotism and Danger-2 things we love and embrace here at Crouchpics.com. Good form, better camaraderie. And how about the dude on the left, crouching on top of his wheel chair. How's that for a metaphor for the healing power of the crouch.

4th of July Fire-Crouch 1 of 2.

The founding fathers would have been proud. I believe our subject knows this in his heart, as it is so proudly expressed in a genuine smile. That grin is almost as warm as the very sparklers in his patriotic hands. God bless America.

Danza the Manza

Why was there ever any question who the boss was? Mystery solved.

Groom in a Wagon

Confused? Yeah, us too. Upon seeing this picture, only a series of questions seems appropriate: Was this the photographers idea? Were the groomsmen playing a practical joke by suggesting this? Will this make it into the wedding picture photo album? What were they even doing in a barn? Is there some kind of inside joke? "Oh that crazy Percy, he's always crouchin' in a wagon." If this wasn't the groomsmen's idea, who is this photographer and how is he so damn persuasive? Is he a hypnotist? And where do I find the rest of his work?

Back To Basics Part 2.

Every once and a while, we at crouchpics have to dig deep and get back to our roots. And there really is no better standard than a group of men in suits. We are talking fundamentals here. These guys are headed to their prom, and while their dates await, there will be no closer bond on this night than this moment at the park across the street, except maybe the bond of every pair of hands clasped together. True form. Applause.

Low-Bama

Crouch of the Month Recipient

Here it is Fans, you asked for it. Introducing the first crouch chosen by the people in a true democratic matter, much like the subject himself: our president, Barack Obama. He took the first poll in a landslide victory, leaving Michael J. Fox and Chuck Norris in the dust like McCain and Nadar. This photograph was taken while Mr. President was studying our current economic state. He had to get low enough to really understand it.

Going International Chapter 3: Finnish Hymn

This is Juho, a real life Finn who was kind enough to help us write chapter 3 of "Going International." Finland is known for housing tall men, but on this particular day, height was sacrificed for sleek style.

Jurassic Crouch 2: The Lost Crouch

A familiar face, and an even more familiar form. The only thing unfamiliar about this snapshot is the rugged, potentially dinosaur-filled territory. He has nimbly crouched horizontally, gotten low with a handlebar stash, and now he returns in this gorgeous yet dangerous senior picture in the midst of the lurking t-rex's lair.

Mountain Croucher.

This fan discovered a prime, scenic overlook and took care of business. He spreads his arms wide as if to say: One day this will all be mine. Keep up the strong crouching my friend and you can conquer all the land that weak people will allow.

Rooftop Straight-Brimmers.

These fellas felt like they had to make up for the lack of curve in their hat brims. As a result, they bent nearly every joint in their body to get that perfect snapshot for their band's myspace page.

Sax Appeal

This gentleman is proud of his collection of woodwinds and he wants you to know it. He decided to boast his conglomeration by getting lower than an A-note on his baritone sax

Proud Fishermen 2 of 2

A Swisher Sweet
A Fisher's treat
So get those Bo's close to your feet.
Descend your ass
Close to the grass
And proudly hoist that monster bass

Proud Fishermen 1 of 2.

This photo exudes pride and manliness. This successful fisherman can't help but smirk as he proudly displays his future supper which, moments ago, was caught using only bare hands and astute precision. His legs and watch stayed dry but his appetite will be whet with a heavily seasoned salmon and a tall glass of home-brewed mead.

Snuggie Porridge

Crouch of the Month Recipient
A proven champion and ambassador of the crouch is back for more. The adornment of the bright blue snuggie suggests the symbol of a crouch wizard or perhaps druid, dwelling in the woodlands, carving trees into pants shapes, dedicating his every waking moment to the crouch movement, and casting spells on all the nay-sayers along the way. Or perhaps what we have here is simply a very comfy croucher... enjoying a steamy bowl of porridge under the warm afternoon sun. You decide.

Rebel With Too Much of a Cause

Great submission. And by that I mean both the submission of the photo and the submission of this greaser to these hot mamas. I don't know who this guy was but he knew how to attract the high trousered, leather booted dames. With that glaring confidence and from that pounce-ready position, this nonconformist is ready to rumble with all of the Sharks and Jets simultaneously.  This rebel has one massive cause: to break in those Levi 501's.
